Introducing Target Mobile Fitness, for those that may not be able to make it to the Target Fitness Gym or would prefer outdoor or home exercise sessions.
Sessions available include 1-1 sessions or group sessions with a variety of activities- Nordic Walking, Cycling, Running, Circuit sessions, Yoga and all over body workouts! A great fun and enjoyable way to train.
