Studio Cycling   Duration 1 hour (45min spin with 15 min tone and stretch)

YogaDuration 1 hour 30 minutes

Advanced Combat Class – Duration 1 hour. Primarily for men competent in boxing – combat skills with an above average to high level of fitness.

Intermediate Spin Box Class – Duration 1 hour. This is a mixed class of all abilities from beginners to intermediates open to men and women wishing to improve their cardio.

Mixed Gym Circuit – Duration 1 hour. This is a mix of cardio, weights, gym and boxing techniques aimed at anyone wishing to improve their all around fitness levels.
