Open times to use Gym freely

Mon – Fri: 6:15am – 9-30pm

Sat: 6:15am – 4:00pm

Sun: 6:15am – 2:00pm

Open 7 days a week, you will be able to come up to Target Fitness and use our large variety of gear and equipment to help you on your way to keeping yourself fit and healthy.

Classes

Mixed Circuit: Tuesdays & Thursday 6:00pm – 7:00pm & 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Mixed Circuit: Saturday 9:00am – 10:00am  

 

1 or 2 trainers per class

Running, Yoga, Combat, Pilates, Studio Cycling/Spinning sessions also available

Mixed Circuit-  Duration 1 hour. This is a mixed class of all abilities aimed at anyone wishing to improve their fitness, tone up, lose weight, feel fitter and healthier. (boxing gloves provided or welcome to bring your own)

Mixed Gym Circuit – Duration 1 hour. This is a mix of cardio, weights, gym and boxing techniques aimed at anyone wishing to improve their all around fitness levels
