Mixed Circuit: Tuesdays & Thursday 6-7pm   7-8pm

Mixed Gym Circuit: Friday 10:30 – 11:30am 

Mixed Circuit: Saturday 9-10am  

 

1 or 2 trainers per class

Running, Yoga, Combat, Pilates, Studio Cycling/Spinning sessions also available please contact us for details

Mixed Circuit-  Duration 1 hour. This is a mixed class of all abilities aimed at anyone wishing to improve their fitness, tone up, lose weight, feel fitter and healthier. (boxing gloves provided or welcome to bring your own)

Mixed Gym Circuit – Duration 1 hour. This is a mix of cardio, weights, gym and boxing techniques aimed at anyone wishing to improve their all around fitness levels
