BUPA 10k london 2010

On the final bank holiday of May, participants from Target Fitness ran the BUPA 10,000!
The chosen route for the 10km is part of the course for the Olympic 2012 marathon. It was perfect running conditions for the runners being overcast and not too warm. Many celebrities turn out for the event as well as the elite runners.
The winner of the race, Mo Farah completed the course in 27:44 beating his personal best! Through-out the course there was fantastic support for all the runners from the spectators as well as the many steel each beating a rhythmic and motivational song.
James cooper of Target Fitness came 97th overall with a time of 38:46! Every Target Fitness competitor achieved a respectable time, to mention a few – Ben Adlington – 40:05, Sam – 46:06 and Lynda – 1:01:44.
